DP Reel 2010
It’s been a long year, filled with learning and growth. This reel encompasses the best of 2010, and the style that I most desire to continue developing in the years to come.
I owe so much to my mentor Eric Steelberg, as well as the crew that has worked with me to co-create such great work, and on such low-budgets. I’d like to especially thank my gaffers, Josh Lipton (USC graduate – JoshLipton.com) and Drew Moe (Chapman grad student), two wonderfully hard-working guys who are only matched by their wit and charm, and all of the grips as well! I’d also like to thank a dear friend and 1st Assistant Camera person, Vanessa Ward, she’s been firsting with me throughout 2010 and is just an amazing person who I owe a lot too, and that goes for my 2nd AC on Modern Romance, an ESPN shoot, and others, Brian Freeman, the nicest guy I’ve ever met, and this includes my Camera Operators as well, Graham Fisher, Britton Foster, which includes Vanessa Ward too. I’d also like to thank the amazing producers and directors that I’ve worked with who’ve entrusted me with their film-babies. I appreciate the wonderful year we have all had, and I’m thankful for the opportunity to work with you all, and share life together. Here’s to 2011 and all of our successes!
